A solution for small print on medicine bottles

Medication dosage

I have several bottles of pain relievers, vitamins, and supplements that have very small print on their labels.  (Is the print getting smaller?  Surely it's not my eyesight going bad!)

Every time I pick up one of these bottles, I had to reach for my glasses, get it over near the light, and find the section after all the warnings! about dosage.

Until now, that is!

Permanent markers to the rescue, again!  I put a big number on the cap with my favorite color permanent marker to remind me how many I should take.

If the dosage is more than one time per day, I marked it as (for example, 2 pills twice a day = 2 - 2/d; 1 every 4 hours = 1 - 4hr).  You can devise your own plan, just remember keep it simple so you can print big!

I was so glad I did this the other day when I had a headache!!!

Are there other ways to use this idea?
