People watching - anger

I watched a couple at a bar have an intense discussion Tuesday night.

He ranted on and on, getting in her face about something she had done and how stupid it was. She listened intently and let him go on without interruption, but I was mostly fascinated that she showed no reaction.  At all.  She would comment now and then, but she showed no expression, there was no raising her voice.  And she even yawned once.

It's wonderful to not take personally another's anger

It's not enough to act like you don't care.

For your own well being you must not care.

I'm sure she cared about him, but she didn't care to get upset about the situation.
