Yellow form

Still not able to log in to the computer. 

Went to the id office and was told to turn in a yellow form.  Can't do anything until the yellow form has been completed.  It's all about the yellow form, she said. 

First it was the password, then it was the id login, then the badge, and the software.  I can borrow someone's office.  Soon I will be able to start working.  I hope. 

But first we need to get that yellow form.
