I think I'm liking the blue cornflowers, but I'm not happy with the roses. I'll keep trying... Still having fun.

Taking a new course - watercolor painting!
I have recently become obsessed with watercolor painting. I've always loved seeing a nice watercolor landscape or floral painting. I tried to learn it myself many years ago, and was not happy with the results, so I didn't pursue it.
In the last year or so I've been really enjoying learning it, and sitting down to paint is just what I need some days when I'm stressed out.
About a month ago, I figured I wanted to learn from instruction, so I joined a class that I heard rave reviews about online. Class starts tonight, and I'm so excited! This is a photo of my pre-work:
